Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, there are many things to consider shipping internationally. While we are working towards understanding the costs involved, as of now emark ships within the U.S. only.

 

How do we ship?

Small parcel packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available by emailing us at info@emarkathome.com

 

Truck Deliveries

For large orders such as custom furniture or cabinets, we work with various LTL carriers. We build our own crates, or pallets to ensure your shipment is secured to our standard. We will coordinate and provide the trucking company with the customer information. The trucking company will contact you to schedule the delivery. As always, it is highly recommended someone over the age of 18 is present to receive the delivery.
